Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicants and the learned counsel appearing for the acquiring body.

Considering the grounds of objection raised in exception to the impugned Awards and the averments in the application for withdrawal of the amount, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order.

O R D E R

1.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 60 % of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance 40 % amount be invested in Fixed 1/2

915.odt Deposit Receipt of any Nationalized Bank, initially for a period of two years and if so required for further period till final disposal of the appeal.

Civil application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of in above terms.
