The appeal preferred by the Petitioner is dated 27.06.2022. The learned AGP submits that there are several appeals which have already been granted a time frame under the orders of this Court. This Petitioner would be in queue. The committee would require at least four (04) months to decide the appeal considering the heavy workload.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. We would expect the committee to decide the appeal preferred by the Petitioner, on or before 30.12.2022.
