The petitioners' proposals are pending before the Scrutiny Committee for validation of the tribe certificates. They have been served with the vigilance report on 02 August 2024 and in spite of urgency, in view of the fact that the petitioners intend to secure admission for technical course through Common Entrance Test, the merit list of which is to be published on 12 August 2024, the Committee seems to have adjourned the matter to 14 August 2024.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the petitioners to appear before the Committee tomorrow and tender their reply to the vigilance report and the Committee shall decide it as expeditiously as possible and in any case before 14 August 2024.
