DATE : 9th APRIL, 2021 PER COURT :- This matter is arising out of the Judgment and Award dated 10-06-2009, passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ambejogai, District Beed, in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 60 of 2008.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

It is informed that the matter has already been amicably settled between the parties, and accordingly, the settlement deed is prepared and signed by both the parties. It is pointed out that the terms of settlement are mentioned in the settlement deed and this appeal can be disposed of in view of the settlement deed.

The learned counsel for the respective parties, on verification of signatures of their respective clients, stated that the settlement deed is signed by the respective parties in their presence.

The settlement deed is marked as Article 'X' for the purpose of identification.

In that view of the matter, the appeal is disposed of in view of the settlement deed, dated 17-03-2021. 7.
The Registry is directed to disburse the amount as per settlement deed to both the parties i.e. claimants as well as Insurance company.

The Registry to verify whether any court fee is to be refunded, and if so, refund the court fee as per rules. ( ANIL S. KILOR ) JUDGE rrd
