The petitioner has put forth prayer Clause 'B' as under :- (B) By issuing writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature the respondents may kindly be directed to decide the proposal filed by petitioner dated 05/11/2021 @ 24/11/2020 seeking permission to start the Shri Sharadchandraji Pawar Primary & higher Secondary Adiwasi Ashram School, at Washi, Dist.- Osmanabad in view of the provision of Government Resolution dated 07.03.2013 as expeditiously as preferably within a period of one month from the date of Order of this Hon'ble Court.

We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP and have gone through the petition paper book with their assistance.

This petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.1 to deal with the proposal filed by the petitioner dated 05/11/2021, on it's own merits, on or before 30/12/2022, and in the event of there being no legal impediment.
