This Writ Petition is disposed off with the following directions: (a) The original tribe certificate of 'Tokare Koli' (wrong spelling) presently with the Petitioner, will be tendered to Respondent No.2 -SDO, Jalgaon on 14th August, 2024.

(b) On 22nd August, 2024, Respondent No.2 shall issue the Tribe Certificate in Form 'C' with the correct spelling as 'Tokre Koli' Scheduled Tribe.
