Leave to add name of respondent No.5 of the First Appeal No.725 of 2013 in this application. The addition be carried out forthwith.

Heard the rival submissions. The applicants are claiming withdrawal of entire remaining amount deposited by respondent No.1 - Insurance Company alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date. It appears that the contesting respondent No.1 - Insurance Company had in fact withdrawn its appeal challenging the impugned award. Further, the learned Counsel for the applicants submitted that the respondent Insurance Company had deposited amount of

(2) 923 CA-13008.2022.odt Rs.9,92,000/- at the relevant time out of which amount of Rs.3,00,000/- was allowed to be withdrawn by the applicants. There is no objection from the learned Counsel for the respondent - Insurance Company. In view of the same, the applicants are allowed to withdraw the remaining entire amount alongwith the accrued interest thereon till date. It is specifcally directed that the said amount be paid to applicant No.1 Pramila Pandurang Kulkarni who is mother of the deceased.
