The applicant submits that a Guardian needs to be appointed for respondent No.8 Bapu Baba Khomne, who is mentally challenged. 2.

Since the learned Advocate for the respondents have no objection as the interest of Bapu needs to be secured and as the Registrar of the trial Court was earlier appointed as the Guardian of Bapu during the pendency of the proceedings, this application is allowed. The learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is appointed as the Guardian of Bapu Baba Khomne.
