Mr. Mandlik, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not intending to prosecute the present Public Interest Litigation any further.

The petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- as directed by this Court.

Mr. Mandlik, learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of the petitioner; who according to the learned Counsel is present in his office submits that the petitioner would deposit

2 pil 66.2020 Rs.50,000/- to the Government Covid Centre and remaining 50,000/- be allowed to be withdrawn by the petitioner.

In light of the request made, we allow the petitioner to withdraw the Public Interest Litigation and Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand only).

The amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand only) be remitted to the Government Covid Centre as generously submitted by the petitioner.

Public Interest Litigation is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
