CORAM:
VIJAY S.KULKARNI REGISTRAR (JUDL) DATED:
09/06/2015 1.
Perused the record and proceedings. The objection notified by the office is that the appellant has not deposited paper book charges within stipulated period inspite of issuance of notice to the appellant and due to non payment of paper book charges, the paper book is not prepared by District Court and record and proceeding is sent without paper book to this court. It is seen from the record that though adequate chances have been given to the appellant for depositing the paper book charges, the appellant failed to deposit the same till this date. There is no representation on behalf of appellant. No steps have been taken by the appellant to remove the objection and to deposit the paper book charges. In view of the above it is amply clear that appellant is not really interested in taking steps and to deposit the paper book charges. In the result, I proceed to pass following order. The appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute. REGISTRAR (JUDL) cnd.fa3800.08
