From the F.I.R. it reflects that the complainant is aged of 22 years and prima facie, appears to have consented for the incident in question. The applicant was arrested on 18/07/2015 in Crime No. I-169 of 2015 registered with Shevgaon Police Station, District Ahmednagar on 17/07/2015 for the incident of 11/07/2015. 2.

In my opinion, in view of the contents of the F.I.R, and allegations against the present applicant, the applicant deserves for bail. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order.

The applicant be released on bail, on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No. I-169 of 2015 registered with the Shevgaon police station, District Ahmednagar for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of the concerned police station till filing of the charge sheet.
