Learned counsel for the parties state that the parties have settled the dispute as referred to in the compromise terms. Learned counsel further state that their respective clients are present in the Court. Learned counsel further state that compromise terms have been verified before authorized Officer and are signed by the parties. Learned counsel for the respective parties have identified their respective clients. The terms of compromise are explained in vernacular to the parties and the parties by their free will, without any pressure have accepted the terms of compromise. Learned counsel further state that none of the term of compromise is forbidden by any law nor the settlement terms are opposed to any public policy.

Learned counsel tender across the bar copy of the terms of compromise which is taken on record marked "X" for identification.

The proceeding initiated by the appellant accordingly culminate into compromise. In view of above, we deem it appropriate to allow the appeal in terms of compromise. The proceedings are decreed in terms of compromise.

In view of above, the family court appeal is disposed of declaring dissolution of the marriage between the parties.
