Learned counsel for the applicants submits that, due to non-removal of office objections, the registration of the writ petition was rejected by the Registrar (Judicial) vide order dt. 17.07.2017. He submits, the grievance raised in the petition is limited one and as such, rejection of registration of writ petition on the technical ground

2 Sr908CA12130.2018 causes serious prejudice to the applicants/orig. petitioners. He undertakes to remove office objections by 15.10.2018. 3.

In view of the submissions made across the bar by the counsel for the applicants, the civil application for restoration of the writ petition is allowed.
