Perused record and proceedings. The notice issued to appellant on court motion is returned unserved on the ground that the appellant Ram Dhondiba Gaikwad is reported to be dead. A copy of death certificate filed on record shows that appellant has died on 12.02.2010. The bailiff report is dated 25.02.2011. Thereafter no steps have been taken by or on behalf of the appellant to bring on record his L.Rs., if any. In view of the above, I pass following order.

ORDER

The appellant Ram Dhondiba Gaikwad is reported to be dead hence appeal stands abated.
