The applicants are accused in Crime No.101 of 2015 registered on 28/06/2015, with Mutainagar Police Station, Dist. Jalgaon, for the offence punishable under Section 302, 326, 452, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code for the incident which occurred on 27/06/2015.

The applicants were arrested on 02/07/2015. The majority of the investigation appears to be complete. Perusal of the
4325.15crapln -2F.I.R. and the investigation papers reflects that the role attributed to the present applicants are assaulting the complainant's wife with stick in the commission of crime in question. In the back ground of above, it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to order the release of the applicants on bail. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order. 3.
The applicants be released on bail, on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand) by each of the applicant with one surety in the like amount, in connection with Crime No. 101/2015 registered with Muktainagar Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 326, 452, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicants shall not enter the jurisdiction of the concerned police station till filing of the charge sheet.
