On oral request made by petitioner, name of respondent no. 4 is restored and the order of dismissal dated 16.09.2016 is recalled. Learned counsel Mr. Yogesh Bolkar appears for respondent no. 4. 2.

This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to respondent no. 2 committee to take decision on the tribe certificate verification proposal tendered by petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from today and, it is accordingly directed. 3.

Petitioner states that he has completed engineering degree course however, respondent no. 4 University has not issued degree completion certificate and the marks memo on account of failure of petitioner to submit validation certificate. Respondent no. 4 is directed to issue degree

Petitioner states that she has secured admission to Post Graduation degree course as open category candidate and that she will not claim benefits available to the reserved category until issuance of the tribe validation certificate by the competent scrutiny committee.
