Learned A.G.P. invited our attention to the

( 2 ) 628.19cp affidavit in reply filed on behalf of the respondent through Mr.V.D. Pandhare, Superintendent of Police, Dhule. Learned A.G.P. then invited our attention to the copy of the order placed on record annexed to the affidavit in reply to submit that the petitioner is now appointed as police constable and this appointment of the petitioner is subject to certain conditions. Learned A.G.P., thus, submits that the order of this Court is now duly complied with.
