On oral request made by petitioner, name of respondents 3 and 4 are restored and the order of dismissal of petition as against concerned respondents is recalled.

Petitioner claims to be belonging to Thakur Scheduled Tribe and has secured admission to respondent no. 3 College for pursuing engineering degree as against the seat reserved for Scheduled Tribe category. Petitioner has completed four year degree course however, as a result of failure to submit validation certificate, respondent no. 4 University has not declared her result. In the circumstances, respondent no. 4 is directed to declare result of petitioner and also issue degree certificate and mark memo considering the outcome of the examination. Respondent no. 2 committee is directed to take decision on the tribe certificate verification proposal of

wp9296.16.doc petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from today and it is accordingly directed. Petitioner undertakes not to claim any benefits available to the Scheduled Tribe category until issuance of the tribe verification certificate by the competent Scrutiny Committee. Undertaking is accepted. Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
