Heard. The petitioner was admitted to B.Ed. Degree course in respondent No.3-College as against seat reserved for Scheduled Tribe category. The petitioner belongs to Koli Mahadev - Scheduled Tribe and the Tribe Certificate issued to the petitioner is referred to respondent No.2-Committee for verification. It is informed that the tribe certificate verification proposal of the petitioner is pending with respondent No.2Committee and no decision has been declared as yet.

In the circumstances, this petition can be disposed of by directing respondent No.2-Committee to take decision on the tribe certificate verification proposal of the petitioner pending with the Committee as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from today and it is accordingly directed. 3.

It is informed that the petitioner has completed B.Ed. Degree course. As a result of her failure to submit validation certificate, respondent Nos.4 and 5 have not declared result. The petitioner informs that her real brother as well as two real cousins are in receipt of validation certificate and the petitioner has every chance of success in securing the validation certificate.

Since the petitioner has completed the Course, respondent Nos.4 and 5 are directed to declare her result. Respondent No.3 is also directed to return back the documents tendered by the petitioner to the College,

( 3 ) since the petitioner has paid fees to the College as an open category candidate.

With the directions as above, the writ petition is disposed of.
