Mr Yeramwar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would press the present writ petition only to the extent of seeking direction against the Committee to decide the validation proceeding. The hearing is also concluded before the Committee. 2.

Learned Counsel further submits that the Committee had invalidated the tribe claim of the petitioner's niece, namely, Priyanka Nandkumar Thakur. The said Priyanka Thakur filed the writ petition before this Court and same is allowed. The Committee be directed to consider the said judgment.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee, then Committee shall decide the same preferably within a period of two months. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 29th December, 2020. 5.

The Committee would naturally consider the judgment of this Court while deciding the proceeding.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
