We have heard Mr. Thoke, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.P. and learned counsel for respondent no.6.

As the appeal is pending with the respondent no.2-Director of Marketing, it would not be appropriate to dilate on the merits of the matter at this stage. Considering the reliefs claimed the respondent no.2-Director of Marketing shall take up the proceedings expeditiously.

It is submitted that the next date is kept on 27.08.2018. The respondent no.2-Director of Marketing shall endeavour to decide the said appeal
