Mr.Gore, learned counsel is appointed through Legal Aid. The learned counsel has filed proper petition. The learned counsel submits that the application of the petitioner for seeking extension of parole has not been decided by the Divisional Commissioner and is pending.

Mr.Shinde, learned A.P.P. Submits that the same would be decided by the Divisional Commissioner on its own merits. 4.
In light of the above, we pass the following order : a) The Divisional Commissioner shall decide the application
filed by the petitioner for extension of his parole dated 9.6.2015 on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within eight (8) weeks.
