Mr. Natu, learned counsel submits that similarly situated person was allotted one shop by passing resolution. The case of the petitioner is not considered only on the ground that the same is not acted upon. 3.

We have not considered the merits of the matter. If the resolution is acted upon, then the petitioner may move afresh. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
