Notice of first appeal issued to respondent no.05 has been unserved stating that he is not residing at the given address. It appears that the same address was before the Tribunal and under such circumstance, the Insurance Company will have to depend on the said address given by the original claimant in the petition itself. Therefore, case is

(Order) (2) C.A. No. 08717 of 2019 made out for publishing his notice in the newspaper. 02.

Hence, the application is allowed. The applicant - appellant is permitted to publish the notice of respondent no.05 of the first appeal, in daily "Divya Marathi", returnable on 17th December 2019.
