Mrs. Dubey, the learned Counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 on instructions submits that the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are in the process of filing the criminal complaint against the respondent No. 5 and also take further steps with regard to the unauthorized construction of respondent No. 5. For that about eight weeks time is required. 2.

In view of the said statement made, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. The writ petition stands disposed of.
