Mr. Jadhav, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 4 and 5 on instructions submits that, at present there is no vacancy for Class III/IV posts. The name of the petitioner would be kept in the seniority list of the persons to be appointed on compassionate ground and as per availability of vacancy and turn, the claim of the petitioner would be considered for appointment. 2.
