ORDER:

The petitioner had filed review application before the respondent No.2, however, the same is rejected on the ground of delay. The learned counsel for the petitioner relies on the various orders passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 5773 of 2017 dt. 27.06.2017, Writ Petition No. 5078 of 2017 dt. 28.06.2017 and Writ Petition No. 7591 of 2017 dt. 23.06.2017. 2.

Considering the above, we follow the same course.

For the reasons stated for condonation of delay, the delay is condoned. The respondent No. 2 shall decide the review application expeditiously, preferably within eight weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before respondent no. 2 on 12.03.2018. The order rejecting the application for condonation of delay as such is set side. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No cots.
