This contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the directions vide order dated 29th April, 2024 passed in Writ Petition No. 4424 of 2024, by which Respondent No.2 was directed to decide the application of the petitioner within a period of fifteen days.

Learned A.G.P. for the answering respondent submits that the petitioner's representation has been decided and the petitioner has been communicated in that regard.

In view of above, contempt petition stands disposed of as the order is complied with.
