For the reasons stated in the application, I deem it appropriate to allow the same in terms of prayer clauses "A-A" and "B" on condition that applicant shall remove all the office objections within a period of four (4) weeks and applicant shall deposit cost of Rs.2,000/- to the High Court Library, Advocates Bar Association, Aurangabad within a period of four (4) weeks from today.
