CORAM : S.S. SHINDE & K.K. SONAWANE, JJ.

DATE : 25TH NOVEMBER, 2016.

PER COURT:

1] Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. Mr. R.J. Nirmal Advocate (appointed) has tendered across bar memo of the writ petition. Same is taken on record. 2] Learned APP for the State has tendered across bar order passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad on 25.2.2016 granting extension of 30 days parole in favour of the petitioner on second occasion. It appears that parole was granted to the petitioner on 21.10.2014. Thereafter, on 7.1.2015 first extension of 30 days parole was granted and thereafter on 25.2.2016, second extension is given. In that view of the matter, petitioner has availed 90 days parole. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioner stands satisfied. Criminal writ petition stands disposed of. 3] Since Mr. R.J.
