By this application, the applicant-petitioner seeks to amend the petition. The proposed amendments are set out below paragraph Nos.4 and 6 in the form of pleadings and prayer clauses.

The petition is at a 'pre-admitted' stage. Office objections are also not removed.

The learned A.G.P. and the learned Counsel for the respondents do not oppose the application, but contend that they

12818.21ca (2) may be granted liberty to file an additional affidavit-in-reply to meet the amended portion.

In view of the above, the civil application is allowed. 5.

Amendment be carried out and copy of the amended writ petition be filed, on or before 22/12/2021. The respondents are at liberty to file additional affidavits-in-reply, on or before 15/01/2022.

All office objections shall be removed on or before 22/12/2021, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 23/12/2021. 7.

Office to issue notice to the added respondents, returnable on 24/01/2022.
