We have heard Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner has been allowed to join at Jivandhara Vidyalaya, Peth, Pune.

Mr. Jadhav learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the salary is not paid since 13.03.2018.

The Administrator of Jivandhara Vidyalaya, Peth, Pune shall submit salary bills of the petitioner to the Social Welfare Officer within a

(2) 73-wp-9361-2018 period of six weeks from today. The same shall be processed by the Social Welfare Officer within a period of six weeks thereafter.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
