The Petitioner is in service. His claim of belonging to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe is pending adjudication. He submits that there is no threat of termination.

The learned AGP representing the Committee submits that if the petitioner appears within 10 days, the Committee would deliver it's judgment within one week from the date of hearing the Petitioner. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is willing to appear before the Committee on 26th August, 2024, at 11.00 a.m.
