Upon hearing both sides, while it is transpired that the learned reference Court has relied over three

CA-8914-2014+ sale instances at Exhibit 14, 15 and 17, there is no reference in the awards, as to of which villages, those sale instances are. Both the parties do no have the copies of sale instances with them.

2.

In the circumstances, the present civil applications are disposed of with liberty to file similar applications, as and when Record & Proceedings would be received.
