It is submitted that Telangana State Medical Council has revoked the suspension and the registration of the petitioner is in force. The petition, it appears, was filed against the show-cause notice dated 26.11.2018 issued by respondent No.1 Show cause notice was on the premise that Telangana State Medical Council has suspended the registration of the petitioner.

Under the interim orders, the petitioner was allowed to appear for the examination.

Mr. Hon, the learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the petitioner has paid full fees.

If the suspension as ordered against the petitioner has been

revoked by the Telangana State Medical Council, the premise on which the show cause notice was issued also does not sustain. Respondent No1 may confirm the factum of revocation of suspension of petitioner by the Telengana State Medical Council and thereafter, immediately take decision on the Show cause notice and being satisfied that the suspension is revoked, shall immediately issue mark-sheets and all other documents to the petitioner as permissible under law.

Writ petition disposed of.

In view of disposal of the Writ petition, Civil applications stand disposed of. No costs.
