The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he has learnt that the petitioner as well as his father have suddenly passed away.

By this petition, the petitioner had prayed for setting aside the medical deformity as a ground for declaring him medically unfit for the post of Constable. This petition, therefore, abates. 3.
