The petitioner who claims that he was working as Superintendent with the respondents 2 and 3 - society, is claiming that he was not paid salary since the date of his appointment on 10-06-2013 till the school was closed down on 10-10-2019. 2.

Ex facie, the claim of the petitioner is barred by delay and laches. Assuming that he has some claim against the management, it is lost by efflux of time.
