The petitioner who intends to take admission through MAH BED CET Examination - 2024, is awaiting decision of the scrutiny committee on ther proposal for verification of the tribe certificate pending since August 2023.

It is also being submitted that the committee was approached to decide the proposal early by submitting an application on 01-03-2024.

We dispose of the writ petition requesting the committee to expedite the petitioner's proposal and endeavour to decide it within two

(2) weeks.
