This is an application filed by the Applicants - State seeking condonation of delay of 1464 days in filing the Appeal. 2.

Heard the learned A.G.P. appearing for the Applicants and perused the application. It is seen that after disposal of Reference by the learned Reference Court, necessary proposal was submitted to the Law and Judiciary Department for challenging the Judgment and Award of the Reference Court. Applicants were required to collect necessary

The learned counsel for the Non-Applicant submits that because of acquisition of land, the claimant becomes landless and was required to move to Gujrat.
