By efflux of time the petition has become infrucutous. By the impugned order dated 27-01-2022 the learned SDO had sealed the residence bearing City Survey No. 3038/A-1-B Amalner only for one year. However, the learned APP submits that some conditions be imposed upon the petitioner since as per the allegation premises was used for running brothel illegally.

Considering this position, the petition is disposed off as infructuous.
