Learned advocate for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 objects that, the matter would lie before the Circuit Bench of this Court at Kolhapur. The learned advocate for the petitioner disputes that, according to the petitioner the advertisement was for entire Maharashtra. There is online submissions of the application and they were to be scrutinized by the respondent No.2. Learned advocate for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the said advertisement was for Mumbai, Palghar, Thane and Kolhapur division and the impugned communication is also by Kolhapur division.

When the recruitment was for a particular division and the

2 924.WP.10275.25.odt impugned communication is by respondent No.3 which is under challenge, we are of the prima facie opinion that the petition would lie before the Circuit Bench of this Court at Kolhapur and, therefore, the matter is transferred. Registry to take up the further proceedings for transfer.
