Though the petitioner is soliciting direction to the committee to decide his proposal for validation of the tribe certificate filed way back in the year 2013, he seems to have woken up only on 01-08-2024 on which date he submitted application to the committee expressing his willingness to adopt the reply filed by his blood relative to the vigilance report.
