Heard learned Counsel for the applicants. Though the respondents are served but only respondent No. 6 has appeared through Advocate. Both the Counsel of respondent No. 6 despite appearance remained absent. Learned Counsel for respondent No. 6 have filed pursis dated 06.09.2024 seeking hard copies of the documents. However, learned Counsel for the applicants submits that, after adopting online filing procedure he has already served them soft copies of the documents as per rules. Pooja Kale 1/2

The application appears to be filed for condonation of delay of only 67 days in filing the Second Appeal. The application is unopposed and considering the short period of delay it stands allowed in terms prayer clause 'b' only and disposed of accordingly. 4.
