The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 2555 of 2021 have filed application U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 on 02.04.2019 and in Writ Petition No. 2562 of 2021 on 08.04.2019, the same are pending with respondent no. 4.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 to 4.

In case, the applications (Page No. 33) and (Page No. 35) respectively are filed by the petitioners U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and the same are pending with respondent no. 4 , then respondent no. 4 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (09) months.

Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of.

No costs.
