The present review application is filed along with an application for condonation of delay. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order was passed by this court without notice to the applicant and the same was submitted before the executing court by respondent no.1 and the same was informed by the lawyer of the petitioner appearing before the executing court. Thereafter, the applicant immediately obtained the certified copy of the order and the copy of the writ petition. The applicant received the certified copy of the writ petition, on 30.06.2023 and, thereafter, the application for review is

2 31 filed. As such, the delay of 165 days is caused. For the reasons mentioned above, the delay of 165 days is condoned. The civil application stands disposed of.
