The petitioner and the respondent/Management have arrived at terms of settlement which are placed on record. They pray to dispose of this writ petition in view of the terms of settlement.

We have gone through the terms. The petitioner's grievance in the writ petition is in respect of payment of salary. It is further informed that the respondent/Management started getting 20% grant from the year 2017. By way of the settlement, the Management is ready to incorporate

956-WP.9369-19.odt petitioner's name and forward the salary bill to the Education Officer.

This writ petition can be dispose of by following directions :

(i) Writ petition stands disposed of in view of terms of settlement.

(ii) The respondent/Management shall forward the proposal of pay bill incorporating petitioner's name to the respondent/Education Officer as per the terms of the settlement within four (4) weeks. (iii) Respondent No.2/Education Officer shall consider the proposal on its merits in accordance with law as well as the policies of the Government applicable to the matter and decide the same within four (4) weeks thereafter.
