Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The applicants seek bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in C.R.No.1025 of 2022 registered with Shrigonda Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail. Hence, the applicants deserve parity. Hence, the order :- i) The application is allowed.

Bhaskar Darekar be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/- each, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.1025 of 2022 registered with Shrigonda Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the condition that they shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
