In Crime No.I-116/2015 registered at Jamkhed Police Station, District Ahmednagar, the applicants are booked for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 326, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon a complaint lodged by Navnath. The allegations are that the present applicants along with their other accomplishes namely Hanuman and Balasaheb have attacked the complainant with axe, sticks, sword etc.

Perusal of the first information report and the other papers reflect that the role attributed to the present applicants is use of only sticks.

If the said accusations are considered in the light of the injury certificate, it is required to be noted that the complainant with Bajirao suffered one simple and one grievous injury, it will be appropriate, in my opinion to protect the present applicants. As such, I proceed to pass the following order : (I) The applicants Bibhishan Shivdas Ugle and Avinash s/o Abhiman Ugle, in the event of their arrest, be released on bail, in Crime No.I-116/2013, registered at Jamkhed Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 326, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount, by both of them.
(II) The applicants shall attend the Police Station, Jamkhed initially for three days between 10.00 am to 11.00 am and thereafter, as and when called by the Investigation Officer. (III) The applicants keep themselves away from the jurisdiction of Police Station, Jamkhed till investigation is complete. However,
they shall enter the jurisdiction of said Police Station only to attend the Investigation Officer.
