We have heard the learned counsel for respective parties. The learned A. G. P. submits that, the approval which was granted in favour of the respondent No. 4 was only to the extent of signing the pay bills and the order was operative only for three months and said three months have already over. The said order is not in force today. 2.

In the light of the said fact, nothing remains for adjudication in the present writ petition, as the order itself does not survive. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
