This is an application for amendment.

By the present application, applicant is seeking amendment in Criminal Application 3904 of 2015 in respect of Crime number.

It is to be noted that Criminal Application 3904 of 2015 was filed by the applicant before this Court. Said application was for bail. This Court on 10/08/2015 allowed

2 Cr.Apln. 4335.2015 the said application for bail and released the applicant on regular bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant pointed out that in Criminal Application 3904 of 2015, due to mistake of the counsel, Crime number was typed as Crime No. 80/2015 instead of Crime No. 80/2014. He submitted that the present applicant is accused in Crime No. 80/2014. Thus, there is typing mistake in Criminal Application 3904 of 2015 in respect of crime number. The mistake is bonafide. 5.

Hence, I pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) Present Criminal Application is hereby partly allowed.

(ii) Present applicant is permitted to correct crime number in Criminal Application 3904 of 2015 from crime No. 80/2015 to crime No. 80/2014.

(iii) With these observations, present Criminal Application is disposed of.
